In episode 28, we look at loving ourselves. We would think that it would be easy to love our self. Who would you have a more intimate connection with than yourself? Meanwhile, most people have an issue with loving themselves.
When looking at the very fact that we are love in expression, we are the very source of existence, and we are the creation of love; how can it be so challenging to love ourselves? If we take on the idea and utilize self-judgement and comparison, would that make loving ourselves skewed? We most certainly get wrapped up with self-judgement and comparing ourselves to others. We seem to play with the idea of making mistakes, not being good enough or plainly being disadvanced. The fact is we are powerful beings playing with different opportunities of expressions and associated experiences that advance us in powerful ways. Love is the very life force and fuel of creation.
